Charissa is a native of Tampa and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. She then obtained her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Her legal experience includes serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to joining Rabin Parker, P.A., she practiced dependency law as a best interest attorney for the Tampa Guardian Ad Litem Program of Hillsborough County. Additionally, she worked for a private law firm focusing in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage and civil litigation.

 In her spare time, Charissa loves to spend time with family and friends. She is a pet lover, a frequent quoter of movies, and she enjoys sports - particularly baseball and attending Tampa Bay Lightning games.
